Home appliances play a major role in modern life: they keep food fresh, cook meals, clean, wash, iron, and heat living and working spaces. But even the most reliable appliance eventually breaks down and needs repair — and the KROK TTC service centre does exactly that.

How the repair works

For Kyiv residents the repair can be done at the customer’s home. Complex appliances are repaired only at the service centre. Diagnostics for large appliances is 500 UAH; other prices are in the price list.

Warranty repair of home appliances

Warranty repair is available for devices of more than 50 brands. Please check in advance whether the manufacturer has authorised us to service your brand during the warranty period. Conditions for warranty repair:

• a correctly completed warranty card and a receipt confirming the purchase date;
• intact seals;
• no physical damage and no signs of the appliance having been opened or repaired.

Out-of-warranty repair

After the warranty expires we repair home appliances of any brand. You can also order an express repair: our warehouse keeps a stock of spare parts for devices of various makes and models.
