What you need to know when sending your device:

  • You need to back up your data and unlock your screen before submitting. The data may be lost during the repair or you may be charged for saving your data.
  • Pack your device carefully to avoid mechanical damage, or send your phone / tablet in the sales package.
  • Send with your phone:
    • memory card if complaints are related to unstable device operation, data loss, or no memory card is identified;
    • headset if complaints are related to speaker, microphone, or headset sound;
    • charger if complaints are related to charging or if the device does not turn on;
    • Data cable if complaints are related to data transfer from / to PC.
  • The warranty on the installed original part for paid devices is 6 months from the date of receipt of the device, for work - 1 month.
  • Warranty for flooded or mechanically damaged devices is 3 days from the date of receipt and only for the replaced part.
  • No diagnostics are charged.

How the service works

From home to repair service is provided for both warranty and non-warranty devices.

  • Fill out the order form for service services. There are two ways to do this:
  • On our site you need to fill out the form " From home to repair "
  • Call 0 (800) 211 499 (calls from mobile and landline phones are free) and report all information to the service employee.
  • Whenever possible, back up your device. KROK-TTC is not responsible for data retention.
  • If you filled out the form through the site by selecting:
  • "Generate Shipment": Wait for a call from the JIT courier service (usually this day if the application is received in the morning or the next day), or you can take the device to the New Post Office (if the method of sending from the New Post Office was selected when applying). Once the order has been generated, the screen will display the number of the repair request, according to which you can track on our website what stage of repair your smartphone is at.
  • If you ordered the service through courier service " JIT EXPRESS ", the courier contacts you and agrees on the time and place where he should drive up to your device.
  • Once the phone is repaired, you will receive an SMS message. This means that your phone will be sent to you shortly.
  • When the shipment arrives in your city, the JIT courier will contact you and specify the address at which it will be more convenient to receive the repaired device. If the phone was sent by the Nova Poshta courier service, you will receive an SMS with the invoice number as soon as the device arrives at the branch office in your city.
  • The device comes to you with the root of the issue, which serves as a guarantee for you replaced parts and work performed (for paid repairs).

Payment for repairs

You can pay for repairs in several ways:
  1. Cashless payment according to the company's details. After the repair, go to any bank and pay. You can also make a payment yourself through the Internet banking of the bank where you are served. Warning!!! If you pay in this way, the bank through which you will make the payment may charge a fee for the transfer service.

When paying by cashless payment it is necessary to indicate the purpose of payment: "For repair services from name, receipt №ХХХХХХ". 
If the name of the owner of the device or the receipt number is not specified, such payment will not be credited!
