Common faults we fix

• the vacuum cleaner does not switch on or cuts out during use;

If the motor sparks or smells of burning, unplug the vacuum cleaner and do not use it until it has been repaired.

How the repair works

• Drop-off. Bring the appliance to the service centre in Kyiv or use our “From home to repair” service: we collect the device and return it after the repair.
• Approval. The technician quotes the repair cost after diagnostics and agrees it with you before any work starts. Non-standard faults are charged at the hourly rate in the price list.
• Repair. We keep some spare parts in stock, so common faults are fixed quickly. If a part has to be ordered, the technician tells you the expected lead time straight away.

Warranty repair

We repair vacuum cleaners under warranty for brands whose manufacturer has authorised us to service them — please check this by phone before you contact us. For a warranty repair you will need:

• a correctly completed warranty card with the serial number, date of sale and the seller's stamp;
• a receipt or another document confirming the purchase;
• intact manufacturer seals, with no signs of disassembly or DIY repair.

Post-warranty repair

Once the warranty has expired, we repair vacuum cleaners and robot vacuums of any make. We provide a guarantee on the work carried out and on the parts installed.
