Laptop Repair Service Engineer
Requirements for Candidates:
- Specialized higher education (not students), or possibly vocational education with experience related to electronics;
- Experience in repairing laptops, phones, and photographic equipment at the component level;
- Experienced PC user, capable of configuring operating systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair of equipment at the component level.
Customer Relations Specialist and Equipment Receptionist
Requirements for Candidates:
- Completed higher education (not students);
- Experience with equipment;
- Fluency in both Russian and Ukrainian;
- Ability to communicate with people, resolve conflict situations;
- Computer proficiency at the user level;
- Good communication skills, responsibility, stress tolerance;
- Minimum 1-year experience related to communication and working with people.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving mobile, household, and IT equipment for repair;
- Checking equipment completeness;
- Preparing accompanying documents;
- Handling receipts and cash transactions;
- Working with an internal database;
- Ensuring continuous customer support.
