Laptop Repair Service Engineer

Requirements for Candidates:

• profile higher education (not students), possibly secondary special education with work experience related to electronics;
• experience in repairing laptops, phones, photo equipment at the component level;
• Experienced PC user, ability to configure operating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Service and repair of equipment at the component level.

Customer Service and Acceptance Specialist

Requirements for candidates:

• completed higher education (not students);
• experience with equipment;
• fluency in Russian and Ukrainian;
• ability to communicate with people, resolve conflict situations;
• computer knowledge at the user level;
• sociability, responsibility, stress resistance;
• 1 year of work and communication experience.

Responsibilities:

• acceptance of mobile, household, IT equipment for repair;
• complete set check;
• preparation of supporting documents;
• issuing receipts, working with the cash register;
• work with the internal database;
• Ensure continuous customer service.
