Which brands do you service under warranty?
We are an authorised service partner for over 50 home and digital appliance brands. The full list with logos is on the Brands page. If your brand is not listed, we can still carry out an out-of-warranty repair.
Where do I hand in my device and what are your opening hours?
Our service centre is in Kyiv at 26 Chervonoi Kalyny Ave. We accept devices Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Hotline: 0-800-211-501.
How can I check the status of my repair?
Use your receipt number or serial number on the Repair status page — the status is updated from the service centre's tracking system. You can also call our hotline on 0-800-211-501.
