How much does smartphone or laptop repair cost?
Smartphone repair from 600 UAH, tablets from 600 UAH, laptops from 750 UAH. Reinstalling the operating system is 600 UAH. Diagnostics for smartphones, tablets and laptops is free; for TVs it is 900 UAH. The technician quotes the exact cost after diagnostics.
Do I need a receipt for a warranty repair?
Yes. A free warranty repair requires a completed warranty card and a payment document confirming the purchase date. The seals must be intact, with no mechanical damage or signs of third-party repair.
What should I do if my device got wet?
Switch the device off immediately and do not try to turn it on or charge it — that is what usually finishes off the board. Do not use a hair dryer. The sooner it reaches the service centre, the better the chance of cleaning the oxides without replacing components.
Can I send my device from another city?
Yes. We serve customers across Ukraine — you can send the device by Nova Poshta and receive it back the same way after the repair.
