Warranty conditions

Krok-TTC is an authorized service partner of more than 130 brands in various categories of equipment. Therefore carries out warranty repair and service of equipment. We are talking about guarantees that are supported by Equipment Manufacturers or companies - Sellers.

The warranty period is set by the Manufacturer or Seller for each item and is specified in the company's warranty card.

In the event of any problems in the product that fall under the warranty, the device must be handed over to the service center together with a valid warranty card and a check (a copy of the check).

If the warranty card is not provided, warranty service not carried out.

The warranty card must be filled in correctly with the serial number or IMEI of the product, the date of sale, the seal of the seller's company, as well as documents (invoices), checks confirming the purchase of the product. The serial number and model of the product must correspond to the specified serial number and model in the warranty card.

The warranty does not apply :

  • Components or products that have traces of mechanical, thermal and electrical damage (including hidden), intensive wear or careless operation, artisanal soldering, violation of the manufacturer's seals or other signs of attempts at self-repair and disclosure;
  • Products damaged or broken as a result of use do not comply with the user instructions;
  • Violation of the conditions of operation, transportation or storage;
  • Components or products with various non-factory inscriptions, as well as with remote or partially violated factory markings;
  • Damage to components and products caused by non-compliance with State standards of power supply parameters, telecommunications, cable networks and other external factors (climatic and other);
  • Damage to components or products caused by the use of non-standard spare parts and consumables, cleaning materials or funds.
  • Damage caused by non-observance of terms and the period of maintenance if it is necessary for the given product (service of the printer, the copier, periodic cleaning of disk drives, etc.);
  • Damage to components or products resulting from the use of the gadget for industrial or professional purposes;
  • Components and products with penetrating damage to protective tapes and seals with the inscription«Warranty void if removed» or with similar content;
  • Consumables (cartridges, paper, media, accessories);
  • The service center is not responsible and does not carry out warranty repairs of the product, if the failure of the latter occurred as a result of the use of unlicensed software;
  • System and application software malfunctions caused by the user during operation;
  • Preventive maintenance (cleaning from toner, dirt, paper dust, etc.) – is not a warranty repair and does not extend the warranty period;
  • Defective spare parts that are the property of the manufacturer and are not subject to return.
