Work and materials included in the cost of the certificate

  • Departure of the specialist within the city served **

  • Preparing the product for connection (unpacking, removing transport bolts)
  • Install by location and connect to ready-made networks
  • Test the product in test mode
  • Instructing the user, explaining the main features of the product
  • Follow the user's advice while using the equipment
  • Insulation materials

Additional conditions

  • Standard connection is made to existing communications without completion. The cost of services does not include construction and furniture works: laying electrical communications, leveling walls, cutting furniture, etc.
  • Materials not included in the product and dismantling of the old product are paid by the customer after consultation with the installer.
  • Once completed, the installer is required to remove the work area from process debris.
  • The connection can be made during the day between 8:00 - 20:00
Installation of Large Household Appliances

The home appliance connection certificate allows you to connect one of the following appliances:

Installation of Ventilators

The certificate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

It allows you to connect a model ventilator:

Standard fan connection conditions:

  • Drilling a hole for the installation of the ventilator is performed using water cooling drill *.
  • The ventilator is installed near the window at a distance of up to 50 cm.
  • The ventilator is installed in favorable weather conditions.
  • Connections can be made during the day between 8:00 and 20:00
Installation of Air Conditioners

Standard air conditioning connection conditions:

  • The outdoor unit is installed under the window, the upper edge of the outdoor unit at the window sill level. In the case of the 1st floor, the outdoor unit rises to a height of 3 meters;
  • The indoor unit is installed on the wall next to the window, or on the wall adjacent to the window, at a distance of up to 1 m from the outdoor wall. The distance between the ceiling and the upper edge of the indoor unit must be at least 20 cm. The height from the floor is not more than 3 m;
  • The drain tube for draining condensate from the indoor unit is output;
  • Connections can be made during the day between 8:00 and 20:00;
  • Connections may be delayed due to bad weather.
Installation of Boilers

This certificate allows you to connect one of the following types of equipment:

  • Storage electric water heater
  • Flowing electric water heater
