KROK TTC is an authorised HMD service centre in Kyiv with a direct contract from the manufacturer. We repair HMD Pulse, Fusion, Skyline and Arc smartphones — under warranty and after it, with genuine parts from the brand only.

The most common faults

a broken screen or touch glass after a knock or a drop;
the battery drains quickly or the phone will not switch on;
the phone does not charge — a faulty charging board or port;
a cracked or loose back cover;
the phone freezes or restarts because of a software failure;
liquid has got inside the housing.

How much HMD phone repair costs

Smartphone repair is 600 UAH, 750 UAH or 800 UAH depending on complexity; display replacement falls into the first tier — 600 UAH. Prices are for labour; parts are charged separately. Phone diagnostics is free. More in the price list.

Warranty repair

KROK TTC is an authorised HMD service centre: we hold a direct contract with the manufacturer and repair HMD phones under warranty. The repair is free when:

you have a completed warranty card or a receipt showing the purchase date;
the phone shows no traces of moisture, insects or of being opened by someone else;
it was used as the manual says.

Out-of-warranty repair

After the warranty ends we repair HMD phones at the rates in our price list. Diagnostics come first and are free; then we name the cost and start once you have agreed it.

How to hand the phone in

Bring the phone to our service centre in Kyiv or send it by Nova Poshta. Under warranty the shipping is free; after the warranty you pay for it, and we start the repair once you have agreed the price. Shipping details are on the HMD service centre page.

Before sending, take out the SIM card and the memory card and back up anything important: when there is no other way, the memory is wiped during repair.
