KROK TTC is an official HMD service centre in Kyiv with a direct contract from the manufacturer. We repair the HMD Arc, Fusion, Skyline and Pulse smartphones, including screen and battery replacement — using only original spare parts from the brand.

Which HMD devices we repair

• screen and touch glass;
• battery;
• back cover;
• charging board — repair or replacement.

We fit only original parts from the brand.

Prices

Smartphone repair is 600 UAH, 750 UAH or 800 UAH depending on complexity; display replacement falls into the first tier — 600 UAH. Prices are for labour; parts are charged separately. Phone diagnostics is free. More in the price list.

Warranty repair from HMD

HMD has a direct contract with us, so we carry out warranty repairs of HMD phones on the manufacturer’s behalf. One document is needed: a completed warranty card or a receipt with the purchase date. Sending the phone for warranty repair by Nova Poshta to the details below is free.

If the phone has moisture, traces of insects or third-party opening, or was used against the manual, the repair will be paid. Other terms are on the “Warranty service” page.

Before you send it

Remove the SIM and memory cards. You can bring the phone to our Kyiv service centre or send it by Nova Poshta; after the warranty you pay for shipping, and we repair once you approve the price.

Back up important data before sending: when it can’t be avoided, memory is wiped during the repair.
