Service center ROWENTA in Kyiv

KROK TTC is an authorised ROWENTA service centre (French SEB Group) in Kyiv. We repair ROWENTA hair dryers, stylers, straighteners and hot air brushes, trimmers and epilators, as well as irons, steam stations, vacuum cleaners, fans and air purifiers — using original spare parts from the brand. You can bring the device in yourself or send it via Nova Poshta.

Typical faults

• the dryer doesn’t heat, cuts out or smells of burning;
• the iron gives no steam or drips;
• the steam generator doesn’t build pressure;
• the vacuum has lost suction or won’t charge;
• the trimmer or shaver won’t hold a charge.

ROWENTA repair prices

• hair dryer, styler, curling tongs — 500 UAH;
• iron without steam generator — 500 UAH, steam iron — 600 UAH;
• steam generator — 600 UAH;
• vacuum cleaner — 500 UAH, robot vacuum — 1,000 UAH;
• fan — 500 UAH.

ROWENTA warranty (SEB group)

A ROWENTA warranty repair needs a receipt with the purchase date. Without a receipt — only with the warranty card and with the brand representative’s approval. We agree the repair first, then you send the appliance to the details below; the customer pays for delivery.

Damage from moisture, drops, third-party repair or improper use is not a warranty case. Full terms are on the “Warranty service” page.

How to hand it over

Let an iron or steam generator cool down completely and empty the water tank before sending. You can bring the appliance to our Kyiv service centre or send it by Nova Poshta. After the warranty we repair once you approve the price and give a warranty on the work and parts.
