On September 16, 2025, the French group of companies SEB launched a nine-month service campaign (till the end of June 2026) for ROWENTA brand RH99XX series vacuum cleaners, offering free replacement of the old ZR009702 battery (see index) with a new model. This means that if the device is not defective but has an old battery index, the customer can contact us, the KROK TTS LLC service center, for replacement. Visit the “Contacts” section of the website, fill out the feedback form, or call our call center. The repair procedure is simple: receipt of the device, replacement of the battery, issuance of a certificate of completion, and return of the device. This also applies to non-warranty devices.
