Service center TEFAL in Kyiv

KROK TTC is an authorised TEFAL service centre (French SEB Group) in Kyiv. Most of the TEFAL appliances we repair are for the kitchen — blenders, food processors, multicookers, bread makers, grills, toasters and electric kettles — along with irons and garment steamers. We carry out repairs under warranty and after it, using original spare parts from the brand.

Typical faults

• the blender or food processor won’t start or stops under load;
• the multicooker doesn’t heat or shows an error code;
• the grill or toaster heats unevenly or won’t switch off;
• the mincer jams or hums without turning;
• the steamer gives no steam or leaks.

• blender, mixer — 500 UAH; mincer — 500 UAH; toaster — 500 UAH;
• kettle — 400 UAH;
• multicooker — 600 UAH, bread maker — 600 UAH;
• food processor — 800 UAH, electric grill — 800 UAH;
• iron — 500 UAH, steam iron or steam brush — 600 UAH;
• coffee maker — 1,000 UAH.

TEFAL warranty repair

Like ROWENTA, TEFAL belongs to the SEB group, and its warranty requires a receipt with the purchase date. Without a receipt, a repair is only possible with the warranty card and the brand representative’s permission. Once we agree the repair, send the appliance to the details below — you pay for delivery.

The warranty does not cover traces of moisture, mechanical damage, third-party repair or use against the manual. Details are on the “Warranty service” page.

How to hand over the appliance

Wash the bowl, blades or attachments, and empty the water from irons and steamers. Bring the appliance to our Kyiv service centre or send it by Nova Poshta. After the warranty we repair only once you approve the price and give a warranty on the work and new parts.
