Service center DeLonghi in Kyiv

KROK TTC is an authorised service centre for the Italian brand DeLonghi in Kyiv. We repair DeLonghi coffee makers and coffee machines, coffee grinders, kettles, toasters and multicookers, as well as oil-filled heaters, convectors and fan heaters. We use original spare parts from the brand, both during the warranty period and after it.

Typical coffee machine faults

• it doesn’t heat water or dispense coffee;
• it leaks under the machine or from the brew group;
• the grinder doesn’t grind or the coffee comes out watery;
• the milk frother doesn’t work;
• the descaling or error light is on and the machine won’t start.

Radiators and convectors have different typical faults: they won’t turn on, won’t hold the temperature or switch off by themselves.

• coffee machine or coffee maker — 1,000 UAH;
• coffee grinder — 500 UAH;
• kettle — 400 UAH, toaster — 500 UAH;
• deep fryer — 600 UAH, multicooker — 600 UAH; electric grill — 800 UAH;
• oil-filled radiator or convector — 500 UAH.

DeLonghi warranty repair

The KROK TTC service centre has a direct contract with DeLonghi. During the warranty a warranty card or a receipt with the purchase date is enough. You can send a coffee machine or heater for warranty repair by Nova Poshta free of charge — the details are below.

The warranty is lost if there is moisture or insects inside, or the appliance was opened or used against the manual. Other terms are on the “Warranty service” page.

How to hand over a coffee machine

Empty the water tank and drip tray, remove the beans from the hopper and pack the machine well. You can also bring the appliance yourself to our Kyiv service centre. After the warranty you pay for shipping; we repair once you approve the price and give a warranty on the work.
