Service center Asus in Kyiv

KROK TTC is an official authorised Asus service centre in Kyiv with a direct contract from the brand. We repair Asus laptops, all-in-ones, tablets, smartphones, monitors and computers both under warranty and after it, fitting only original Asus spare parts. You can bring the device to the service centre yourself or send it via Nova Poshta.

Asus repair prices

• laptop repair (reassembly, drive or memory replacement) — 750 UAH;
• keyboard replacement — 750 UAH or 1,200 UAH, depending on the chassis design;
• laptop cooling system service — from 1,200 UAH;
• tablet repair from 600 UAH, smartphone repair from 600 UAH;
• monitor repair up to 26″ — 750 UAH, from 27″ — 900 UAH.

Prices are for labour; parts are charged separately. Diagnostics of laptops, computers and smartphones is free. Other items are in the price list.

Asus warranty repair

We have a direct contract with Asus, so we carry out warranty repairs as the manufacturer’s official service. You will need a completed warranty card or a receipt showing the purchase date. Sending the device for warranty repair by Nova Poshta to the details below is free for you.

The warranty does not apply if the device shows traces of moisture or insects, was opened outside a service centre or was used against the operating rules. Full terms are on the “Warranty service” page.

How to hand over your device

Bring the device to our service centre in Kyiv or send it by Nova Poshta. After the warranty you pay for shipping; we start a repair only once you approve the price, and we give a warranty on the work and replaced parts.

Back up important data before sending: when it can’t be avoided, memory is wiped during the repair.
